1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) spd88b account only. The registration of duplicate accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spd88b reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. spd88b reserves the right to close accounts opened using false or misleading information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your spd88b login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. spd88b will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spd88b Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of account identity. spd88b reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including government-issued identification and proof of address, before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; eWallet withdrawals are typically completed within minutes subject to volume and verification status.

spd88b reserves the right to void withdrawals and close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Funds associated with voided transactions may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers and bonuses made available by spd88b are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions as set out in the individual promotion terms. General conditions applicable to all spd88b bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

All bets placed on the spd88b sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed. spd88b reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error or where technical faults affected the odds display. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the account.

Live betting markets operate in real time. spd88b is not responsible for any delay between a live event and the odds display on the Platform. spd88b reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spd88b Platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain credits, wins, or advantages not intended by the game design.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment instruments, or identity fraud.
• Allowing any third party to operate your spd88b account, including minors under any circumstances.

spd88b does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game categories.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments

spd88b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spd88b will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by email where practical. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law
